The amazing Whitsundays have been my home for over 13 years, and every year I fall more in love with the beauty, fun and romance of the area. Originally from the UK, I think there is nothing more quintessentially Australian, than living among the brilliant azure seas, tropical islands, and thousands of happy holiday-makers enjoying the place I get to call home.
Branching out into the event industry had always been a dream of mine. A dream which although not always employed in definitely played a big part of my life, immersing myself in planning community projects and charity events. In particular, I was involved in constructing Airlie Beach’s adventure playground, built and paid for by the community, with volunteers committing hours of hard work, blood, sweat and tears, but making friends for life.
I started Teepevents Whitsunday in 2016 in much the same vain, a massive dream where I wanted to offer a new and exciting product to the Whitsundays. After many months of research I found and decided on the teepees, I just fell in love and really believed they would bring style, grace and elegance to any celebration, event or conference. They are a fabulous addition to the industry in one of the fastest growing event and conference regions in the country.
